Scout Sunday

January 29, 2012 at Bay Life Church

Bay Life Church graciously offers their facilities to our Pack and asks our help in serving as door greeters and with handing out service programs on months containing a fifth Sunday. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to give back to Bay Life. We would appreciate any scouts who can be at Bay Life in Class A uniform for the 8:30, 10:00 or 11:30 a.m. services (will need to arrive 20 minutes early). You are welcome to attend a service (optional). If attending a service, please consider greeting that service as well as the beginning of the next service before leaving.

Pack Pinewood Derby

February 25, 2012 at Bay Life Church

Doors will open at 9:30 for weigh-in, car adjustments, etc. Racing will commence at 10:30.

If you are entering the design competition:

DESIGN CAR CATEGORIES

1. Animal Cars should resemble an animal of some type
2. Military Cars must represent the US Armed forces
3. Scout Theme Cars should represent some aspect of Cub Scouting
4. Sports/Games Cars should relate to some aspect of a sport or game
5. Movie/TV Character Cars should represent a character from TV or movie
6. Space Cars should relate to space travel or alien life

Splash-O-Ree

April 13-15, 2012

Some of the events will include: BB's, Archery, Wrist Rockets, Water Games, Crafts, Saturday Night Campfire, and a surprise or two are in store for you! This will be an event you won't want to forget!

Sleepover at Lowry Park Zoo (Awesome Australia theme)

Sat, May 12, 6:30pm - Sun, May 13, 9:30am

G'day, mates! Head to the land down under for an awesome Aussie adventure where you will get to take a dip in the billabong and encounter some of the unique animals of this continental country.

Sleepovers include:

• Up-close encounter with animals
• Behind-the-scenes tour
• Pizza snack & light breakfast
• Theme - specific activities/crafts

Any interested families must submit a $10 non-refundable deposit due by February 13 that will be deducted from your final total. Pricing is $35 per person and children must be between the ages of 6 and 18. Remaining balance is due by April 2.
